We offer bespoke family support for all LGBT+ parent/carer-led families on a wide range of topics including (but not limited to); coming out, creating a family as an LGBT+ person, connecting with other LGBT+ parents, advocating on your behalf with medical or family services appointments, parenting worries such as dealing with challenging behaviour, low mood, financial concerns...the list goes on.
We can also signpost you to other, relevant organisations if needed and complete referrals to other services for additional support.

Young minds are mental health charity for children, young people and their parents, making sure all young people can get the mental health support they need. The site also has resources for parents of young people experiencing mental health challenges.
The aim of CAPS is to support parents and carers to help their children to develop to their fullest potential. This includes supporting parents and carers with their children’s emotional and behavioural difficulties and to promote their school readiness.
Proud 2 b Parents can refer you to your local foodbank if you need emergency food.
The Trussell Trust is an NGO and charity that works to end the need for food banks in the UK.
Supporting any and all dads to have the best possible relationship with their babies or children under 2. They welcome trans parents.
They’re also here to answer any questions or worries you may have about your role as a dad and how you can best support your children and family.
